Job Summary

We are seeking Software Quality Analysts / Manual Tester to support a Linux Migration initiative within a critical banking payment infrastructure environment. This role focuses on ensuring system quality across core clearing and real-time payment platforms, working closely with technical and functional teams.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field;
• Must have at least 3-5 years of software testing experience in enterprise systems;
• Must have banking, payments, or financial infrastructure experience;
• Strong experience in functional, regression, and non-functional testing;
• Experience in SIT, UAT, and integrated testing cycles;
• Hands-on defect management and test documentation experience;
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to AWS cloud environments;
• Exposure to Linux environments or migration projects;
• Experience in large-scale / mission-critical testing and defect triage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data;
• Perform SIT, UAT, IDT, regression, and non-functional testing;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirements coverage;
• Support test environment readiness and testing execution;
• Participate in defect triage and track issues to resolution;
• Conduct manual testing and initial defect analysis;
• Maintain test documentation, evidence, and reporting;
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
