Responsibilities
POSITION: Guest Relations Officer
REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
