Responsibilities
Job Description
To perform on-site preventive maintenance services.
To provide ad-hoc remedial repair service as requested by customers.
To ensure customers’ satisfaction and service level are met at all times.
Supervise, plan and perform the service activities from customers.
Schedule and perform product pre-delivery inspection, installation and commissioning.
Ensure escalating jobs are completed and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Plan and schedule the contract maintenance for the service team.
Work closely with R&D to resolve issues when necessary.
Assist the sales department on technical issues for sales tender, site meeting and new product assessment.
Monitor and propose new contract proposals for potential customers.
Revise and renew contract proposition for the current contract customers.
Control stock process to minimize stock aging.
Plan and work on continuous product development.
Assist senior service engineers on technical issues.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
At least 2 - 3years of service experience in the related field is required for this position.
