Job Requirements

• Supervise, lead, and manage warehouse staff on a daily basis, including task allocation, work supervision, training, and performance follow‑up
• Enforce strict inbound control, ensuring all received goods are the correct products and quantities
• Properly inspected for quality and condition before acceptance
• Enforce strict outbound shipment control
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper storage, systematic checks, and immediate investigation and correction of discrepancies
• Ensure clear, accurate, and complete labeling for all products at every stage
• Oversee and control all warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Actively identify risks or weaknesses in warehouse operations and implement corrective actions to prevent errors and losses
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment in warehouse operational areas & warehouse office.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety requirements, operating procedures, and company policies
