Job Description:
Preventive Maintenance
Carry out regular preventive maintenance for refrigeration and HVAC equipment based on the checklist and schedule
Keep asset records updated at all times
Complete assigned jobs and update the system properly after work is done
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Ensure required parts are ordered early and inform the OSS team to avoid delays
Communicate clearly with store and warehouse managers and their teams for maintenance work
Report issues and suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns
Multi Skilled
Receive work orders and arrange tasks based on the supervisor’s schedule.
Maintain and service electrical, mechanical, and other equipment in the facility.
Repair electric motors, controllers, and related devices.
Install wiring and electrical equipment according to drawings and diagrams.
Inspect, dismantle, repair, and reassemble electrical equipment, then test to ensure proper operation.
Check and fix lighting systems.
Monitor inventory and request supplies when needed.
Keep the work area and tools clean, organized, and safe.
Maintain and troubleshoot the CCTV cabling system across the facility.
Job Requirement:
Preferable with valid driving license (Class 3/3A or equivalent; commercial license is a plus)
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and/or electrical & mechanical systems
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, control systems, and general electrical works
Experience in servicing air-conditioning, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
Working at Height certification is an advantage
Willing to be on standby and work weekends when required
