Job Title: Learning Ambassador

Role Overview

The Learning Ambassador supports learners throughout their training journey by enhancing the overall classroom experience and providing guidance on their next steps in skills development.

This is a learner engagement and advisory role, focused on building rapport, understanding learner needs, and encouraging continued learning through soft, consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Learner Engagement & Support

• Engage learners before, during, and after classes to ensure a positive learning experience

• Build rapport to understand learners’ goals, motivations, and interests

• Provide general assistance and support during class where required

Learning Advisory (Soft Engagement)

• Introduce learners to:

  • Digital tools for productivity & self improvement

  • Learning Pathways

  • Relevant courses and progression options

• Provide personalised recommendations based on learner needs

• Guide learners in selecting suitable next courses aligned to their goals

• Facilitate enrolment of learners into their next course based on consultation and identified learning needs

• Encourage continued learning in a non-pushy, advisory manner

In-Class Facilitation

• Support trainers and learners during class sessions and break times

• Conduct short sharing sessions or engagements where required

• Engage learners through informal conversations and activities

• Guide learners on their learning journey and next steps

Learner Experience

• Gather feedback and insights from learners

• Highlight concerns and improvement opportunities to the team
