Responsibilities

Company Overview

We are an innovative corporate service provider supporting SMEs in Singapore with accounting, HR, and compliance services. We leverage digital tools and automation (e.g., Xero, Talenox, Google Workspace) to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.

Position

HR & Admin Executive (Full/Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)
  • Prepare HR documentation (employment contracts, letters, records)
  • Administer payroll using payroll systems (e.g. Talenox)
  • Ensure statutory compliance (CPF, IR8A, SDL where applicable)
  • Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and claims
  • Perform general office administration and document management
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Assist with ACRA-related administrative matters and client documentation
  • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with finance team
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Support process improvements and digital workflows

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline

Experience

  • Preferably 1–3 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
  • Candidates with less experience but strong aptitude are welcome to apply

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Talenox) is a plus
