- Provide product technical support to customer.

- Communicate with Customer, Head Office, Agent for products supports.

- Support CMP and other equipment.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 10 years experience in engineering or technical support role

- Minimum 5 years of experience and related knowledge in semiconductor

- Engineering Degree/Diploma Level

- Good English speaking and writing

- Preferably proficiency in Japanese Language to liaise with Japanese customers

- Able to work independently, and in collaboration with other team members

- Positive attitude, willing to learn, can work under stress, good analytical and problem solving skills
