Our client is a global leading FMCG company. Due to evolving business needs, we are partnering them to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a cross-functional integrator for NPI launches, aligning product development, production, and material readiness to ensure successful execution. Partnered with master data teams to standardise SKU phase-in/phase-out processes across regional supply planning.
• Facilitated product reviews and S&OP discussions to align demand and supply, ensuring clear risk escalation and decision ownership. Represented new product launches in S&OP forums, providing status updates and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Supported onboarding of new regions into S&OP, including OTIF and backorder KPI definition.
• Worked with demand and supply planners on SKU transitions to enable smooth product launches. Supported governance of key KPIs including inventory exposure, OTIF, and backorders, driving data-led action plans at business unit level.
• Established standardised NPI processes within contract manufacturing operations and supported SKU rationalisation through structured obsolete SKU clean-up cycles with marketing and master data teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain, with exposure to product launch planning and S&OP processes preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP and good proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
