Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with legal accounting software such as CoreMatter is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage office accounts and client accounts in an organised and compliant manner
- Process salary payments and support monthly payroll administration
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and relevant authorities when required
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting processes
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Support administrative and finance-related tasks assigned by management
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial information
