Requirements
Education: SPM
Experience: 1-3 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: None
Responsibilities
Requirements :
* Malaysian Only.
• Candidate must process at least SPM / STPM / Sijil / Diploma or above.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office(Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint).
• Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, or more is an added advantage.
• 2 years related working experiences.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent & multi-tasking.
Responsibilities :
• To compile reports (daily/weekly/monthly) i.e. machine maintenance report.
• To assist technical department on daily job arrangement.
• To reply emails, WhatsApp messages on a daily basis.
• To assist superior to compile documents and keep track of all project related paperwork & filling.
• To communicate / contact client to get to the root of their problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• To carry out other duties & responsibilities assigned by the company as and when necessary.
