Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Neat appearance, friendly, and good communication skills.
- Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers warmly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately take customer orders and ensure preparation and serving of drinks/herbal products according to company standards.
- Handle the payment counter, and receive cash or electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, customer tables, and the overall store environment.
- Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Support team members and work together as a team to achieve operational targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
