Responsibilities

Job Title: Japanese Customer Support Executive


Experience: 1–5 years

Language Requirement: Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 or above preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services to Japanese customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support.
  • Translate documents/emails from Japanese to English and vice versa.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company guidelines and service standards.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (spoken & written).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JLPT N2/N3 certification.
  • Prior experience in customer support/BPO.
  • Experience in handling Japanese clients.

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
  • 5 days working (depending on company policy).

Salary:

  • As per industry standards + language allowance.
