Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Technical Support Engineer to support and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms including Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure and other clouds. This role is responsible for cloud resource deployment, troubleshooting, technical support, system monitoring, and assisting clients with cloud-related issues and optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure and cloud-related services
• Assist customers with cloud account setup, cloud resource deployment, and configuration
• Monitor server, network, and cloud system performance
• Troubleshoot issues related to cloud services, networking, Linux/Windows systems, and connectivity
• Support multi-cloud environments including Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, and Azure
• Assist in cloud migration, cloud optimization, and cost-saving recommendations
• Handle technical escalation and coordinate with cloud providers when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and incident records
• Provide standby or shift support when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Cloud Computing, or related field
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge in networking, server administration, Linux, Windows, DNS, VPN, or firewall configuration
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure concepts, virtualization, and system monitoring
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Fresh graduates with cloud-related knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud) will be an added advantage
• Able to work in shift, 7*24（3 shifts）

任职要求

• IT、计算机、网络、云计算相关科系 Diploma 或 Degree
• 对 AWS、Alibaba Cloud、Tencent Cloud 或 Azure 等云平台有基础了解
• 具备基础网络、Linux、Windows、DNS、VPN、防火墙等相关知识
• 熟悉服务器、虚拟化及云基础架构概念
• 具备良好的问题分析与故障排查能力
• 能独立工作，同时具备团队合作精神
• 欢迎应届毕业生申请（具备 cloud/network 基础优先）
• 拥有 AWS / Azure / Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud 相关认证者优先考虑
• 可以接受轮班7*24。（3班）
