Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Global Marketing Coordinator role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, support the development of marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, organizing promotional and recruitment events, creating compelling marketing content, supporting sales initiatives, and fostering relationships with institutional and channel partners to achieve strategic goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, International Education, or related fields
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and regional priorities effectively
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams from different regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and professional marketing content
  • Hands-on experience managing digital platforms such as LinkedIn and executing marketing campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and tracking campaign performance
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing tools and platforms
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
