Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced communications professional to support the planning and execution of the Group’s strategic communications initiatives. The role will oversee integrated communications functions including public relations, digital communications, internal communications, media monitoring, customer service and sustainability reporting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent corporate messaging, managing campaigns and supporting stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of corporate communication strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate PR, digital, internal communications and media monitoring activities to ensure integrated messaging.
- Review and manage communication materials including press releases, reports, speeches and digital content.
- Support crisis and issue management, including monitoring and response coordination.
- Track communications performance, media coverage and reporting deliverables.
- Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder coordination and departmental operations.
- Supervise team members and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of outputs.
- Support administrative matters including budget tracking, procurement and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in communications, PR or related roles, including team management experience.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. .
- Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in integrated communications, digital platforms and corporate communications.
- Proactive, dependable and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in corporate, infrastructure, transportation or regulated industries is an added advantage.
