Position Overview
As a member of the DPrime Technical Support team, you will focus on the core operation and management of the MT4/MT5 trading systems. This role requires in‑depth proficiency in configuring the Admin and Manager platforms, as well as the ability to quickly locate and resolve trading failures, connection anomalies, and system performance issues through server log analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Handle daily operations of the MT4/MT5 Admin and Manager platforms, including account management, group configuration, order compression & archiving, and adjustments of plug‑ins or trading parameters.
- Server Log Analysis: Proficiently retrieve and analyze MT4/MT5 server logs and client logs to diagnose root causes of order‑execution failures, quote delays, or login anomalies.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Conduct technical investigation into typical errors such as “Invalid Account,” “Off Quotes,” and “No Connection,” and provide optimization solutions.
- Product & Market Data Maintenance: Manage trading instruments, quotes, gateways, and market‑data source settings to ensure stable display of real‑time price charts.
- Network Connectivity Support: Assist users in establishing stable connections via domain names, network optimization, etc., especially in regions where server search may be restricted.
- Platform Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor server performance metrics and alerts, compile technical documentation based on log analysis, and report regularly to the server team.
- Cross‑team Coordination: Understand trade‑execution mechanisms; collaborate simply with Bridge or Liquidity Provider (LP) connectivity tests to ensure proper order routing.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Core Experience: 3‑5 years of hands‑on MT4/MT5 platform management experience, with practical experience in Admin/Manager platforms being essential.
Core Competencies (Must‑Have)
- Proficiency in MT4/MT5 back‑office configuration: Skilled in group‑permission settings, trading‑rule configuration, and system cleanup/archiving.
- Strong log‑analysis capability: Able to quickly pinpoint technical issues from large volumes of logs; familiar with log review in Linux/Windows environments.
- Deep troubleshooting experience: Keen technical insight into pricing issues, execution delays, and network latency symptoms.
- Networking fundamentals: Knowledge of networking principles (DNS, VPNs, latency) and ability to effectively resolve client‑connection stability issues.
- Language: Fluency in English is a plus.
