Job Description

Responsibilities

* Strong technical knowledge of Dell PowerEdge systems, including PowerEdge servers, OMES Plug-In,SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivitysystems

* Experience with iDRAC, OpenServer Manager 2.0 (OSM), and PDTK

* Ability to perform troubleshooting diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues

* Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, including CloudIQ capabilities for PowerEdge servers

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Experience with Secure Component verification and OME
