Job Summary

Provide administrative support by managing invoice documentation, entering accounting data accurately, assisting with HR, sales, and accounts tasks, maintaining organized document filing, and verifying staff overtime claims.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify invoice documents daily to ensure accuracy before submitting them to B2B portals
• Enter accounting data accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records and support reporting
• Assist with HR, sales, accounts, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support smooth business operations
• Organize and maintain document filing systems to enable easy retrieval and secure control of records
• Review and verify staff overtime claims to ensure compliance with company policies
• Use MS Excel worksheets and formulas to tabulate and collate daily sales data and email reports to management. Need to be at least 7 out of 10 in Ms excel technical proficiency.
• Requires social media marketing updating and general marketing support.
