We are looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Interviewers to support data collection and
reporting activities for market research projects. The role involves engaging
with respondents, ensuring accurate data entry, and meeting project timelines.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer service
background, and flexibility to work on weekends.
Assist respondents in
completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
Accurately enter collected
data into the system and ensure data integrity.
Conduct field visits for
respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
Update call outcomes and
survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Customer
Service Experience:
At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently
and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office
(Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
Availability
to work on weekends (11am-7pm/ 12pm-5pm) as required by project schedules.
