Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, agency, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
  • Confident in approaching clients and presenting ideas.
  • Good communication skills in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are added advantages.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and social media trends.
  • Sales-driven, proactive, organized, and responsible.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

KOLHUB is hiring a Sales Manager to grow new brand clients, pitch influencer marketing solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

  • Identify and approach potential brand clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, email, calls, social media, and market research.
  • Understand client marketing needs and campaign objectives.
  • Present KOLHUB’s influencer marketing, content, and social commerce solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and campaign ideas with the internal team.
  • Follow up with prospects and close campaign opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Work closely with campaign, creative, KOL, content, and finance teams.
  • Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue progress.

  • Enjoys meeting people and building business relationships.
  • Is confident, proactive, and not afraid to approach new clients.
  • Understands that KOLHUB sells marketing solutions, not just influencer packages.
  • Can listen to client problems and propose suitable campaign ideas.
  • Is interested in TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, content trends, and creator economy.
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and follow-up.
  • Wants to grow into a Client Growth Manager or Business Development Manager role.
