DevSecOps Specialist

• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Location: Central
• Salary: Up to $8,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

We are looking for a DevSecOps Specialist to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms. This role will work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to strengthen cloud security posture and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architecture and security controls
• Manage IAM policies, user access controls, and authentication mechanisms across cloud environments
• Support cloud security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response activities
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate security into deployment pipelines and development workflows
• Implement and maintain cloud security tools, policies, and compliance standards
• Conduct risk assessments, security reviews, and root cause analysis for security incidents
• Monitor logs, alerts, and cloud environments to identify threats, suspicious activities, and security vulnerabilities
• Support security audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain security documentation, procedures, and best practices
• Participate in automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools such as Terraform and scripting languages

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with cloud security tools such as AWS Security Hub or Azure Security Center
• Experience with scripting/automation tools such as Python, Shell, Terraform, or CI/CD tools
• Understanding of IAM, container security, and cloud security best practices
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or AWS Security Specialty will be advantageous
