Job Summary
The Concierge Executive is the main contact for residents, guests, and service providers at a luxury condominium, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a seamless, professional resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy to create a welcoming environment
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate visitor registration, manage access control, and enforce security protocols to ensure safety
- Assist residents with booking services, managing deliveries, arranging transportation, and fulfilling lifestyle requests
- Communicate and collaborate with property management, security staff, contractors, and vendors to support operations
- Monitor and maintain lobby cleanliness, presentation, and ambience to uphold premium standards
- Handle incoming calls, emails, parcels, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and resident interactions for accountability and reference
- Support emergency response procedures and escalate incidents appropriately to maintain safety
- Protect resident confidentiality and privacy at all times in all interactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE “O” Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, front office, customer service, or luxury residential settings preferred
- Experience in luxury hotels, serviced apartments, or premium residential developments is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic property management systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple duties efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Calm and professional under pressure, capable of handling emergencies effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse residents and guests
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a polished, professional appearance
Other Information
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Willing to comply with condominium security and operational procedures
