Production:

• Plan and manage daily production activities.
• Ensure products are made on time and meet quality standards.
• Supervise production team and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor output, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with QA and logistics to meet delivery targets.

Maintenance:

• Oversee all machine and equipment maintenance (preventive and breakdown).
• Plan maintenance schedules to avoid production delays.
• Lead the maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Troubleshoot major equipment issues.
• Ensure machines are safe and in good working condition.
