  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English/Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Basic computer knowledge. 
  • Responsible and willing to learn. 
  • Able to work on rotational shifts. 

岗位职责

  • Handling customer inquiries through Live Chat 
  • Assisting customers by providing support and resolving issues professionally. 
  • Processing customer orders from official website and other online platforms. 
  • Managing and monitoring stock inventory. 
  • Ensuring smooth daily customer service operations. 
  • Working closely with team members to maintain service quality and efficiency.
