Experience: < 1 year, 1-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, > 10 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: Motorcycle
Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspection of building systems (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting).
* Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repair works.
* Monitor safety equipment, fire protection systems, and emergency exits.
* Keep maintenance records and ensure proper functioning of all systems.
* Respond quickly to breakdown or emergency maintenance issues.
* Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
* Problem solving skills and hands on maintenance experience.
* Able to work independently.
* Good communication skills.
