Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will drive B2B corporate sales for Xaltius’ HRD-approved training programs in Malaysia. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong corporate relationships, and closing high-value training engagements.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive end-to-end B2B sales for HRD-approved corporate training programs
· Identify, develop, and close new corporate business opportunities
· Build and manage relationships with HR, L&D, and senior decision-makers
· Conduct training needs analysis and propose tailored solutions
· Guide clients on HRD Corp claim processes and funding benefits
· Lead sales meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
· Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports and forecasts
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery
Requirements
· 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
· Experience in corporate training, HR solutions, or professional services preferred
· Strong understanding of HRD Corp processes is an advantage
· Proven ability to close mid-to-large corporate deals independently
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
· Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is required
