Job Details

Position: Kiosk Supervisor Assistant
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800
Working Days: Shift Rotation
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Grannies Melawati @ Restoran Sajian Mak Lang, Jalan Bandar, Taman Melawati, 68000 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Kiosk Supervisor Assistant to support daily kiosk operations and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced F&B environment.

In this role, you will assist the Supervisor in managing operations, coordinating staff, handling customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory control. You will play an important role in ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, able to work in shifts, and comfortable working in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations
- Assist Supervisor in managing daily kiosk operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and serve products according to SOP and customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and outlet
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and products
- Follow work schedules and assist in stock purchasing when required

2. Staff Coordination
- Guide and support team members in daily tasks based on SOP
- Report any staff issues or misconduct to management
- Maintain a positive and cooperative working environment
- Uphold company values and teamwork culture

3. Reporting & Administration
- Record daily sales and expenses accurately in the system or logbook

4. Customer Service
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure fast service and high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

5. Inventory Management
- Receive, check, and organize stock properly
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages

6. Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure all operations comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent
2. Experience in F&B, retail, or kiosk operations is an advantage
3. Able to work long hours and shift rotation
4. Good teamwork and communication skills
5. Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking
