Role and responsibilities

• Lead and define automation strategy using Playwright
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution
• Conduct PR reviews and enforce code quality, best practices, and standards
• Manage test reporting and QA metrics (dashboards, test trends, insights)
• Drive R&D initiatives to improve automation efficiency and coverage
• Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams

Bonus Skills

• Performance testing (k6, JMeter)
• Security testing (OWASP Top 10, ZAP, Burp)
• Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog)

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.

Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#.

Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch or scaling existing ones

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration

Experience in code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience leading or mentoring QA team members
