Job description

• Respond to plant break-down including performing call-back duties when necessary.
• Formulate, manage, and execute cost-effective preventive maintenance program schedules.
• Monitor and manage spare parts stock.
• Maintain and manage to ensure maintenance records are accurate and updated.
• Liaise with internal (other departments or sections) and external parties (suppliers or contractors) to ensure maintenance works are executed within deadlines and cost.
• Ensure compliances of all maintenance personnel to company GMP, HACCP and other relevant standard and practices as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Implements Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance programmes to achieve company quality targets and standards.
• Trains and develop the people required, both in number and quality, to meet present and future needs.
• To be all charge of steam boilers, ensuring efficient, safe operation and effective preventive maintenance of boilers.
• To perform any other assigned duties deemed fit and appropriate for the position.

Requirements: -

• Degree in Mechanical /Mechatronic/ Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering and related field.
• Preferably with 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Good leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Good technical background, trouble shooting and problem solving skill.
• Hands-on technical experience will be added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
