• Ensure adequate availability of materials, consumables, and manpower prior to the start of operations. Report and discuss with the superior any shortage.
• Checks, monitors, and ensures that all operating machinery and equipment are in good working condition, beginning every shift
• Check from time to time during working hours to make sure the process runs smoothly. The furnace temperature is set according to the required rolling temperature
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for immediate and proper rectification of machinery
• Supervise, monitor, and motivate all personnel in charge
• Prepare a daily time sheet report for his section to be submitted to the Assistant Plant Manager
• Ensure that the Company Quality Systems, procedures, and work instructions have been implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001

Job Requirements:

• Have more than 8 years of working experience as a Production supervisor
• Men- aged between 35 and 40 years old
• Passing the SPM will be an added advantage
• Have good health conditions to work in the heavy steel manufacturing industry
• Possess own transport to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya
