Job Overview: Customer Technical Service Engineer are responsible for handling customer quality issues, technical investigations, and corrective actions while working closely with internal teams and customers to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as main contact for customer complaints/claims and coordinate with internal teams.
- Investigate customer quality issues and provide technical resolutions with reporting.
- Monitor product quality performance and generate reports at customer sites.
- Manage and reduce customer claims through corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
- Support customer audits and conduct reject investigations with internal plant teams.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer complaints and claims.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel regularly on short notice.
