Job Description

Are you from F&B Industry? Do you have excellent sales and negotiation skills? And keen to join one of the leading players in the provision of coffee systems in the Food & Beverage Industry? Raise your hand if that’s you! As we are expanding further, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to help us in establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. You will be mainly dealing with F&B business owners & sub distributors/resellers.

What we need you to do:

  • You will need to build and maintain good business relationship with all key account customers.
  • Responsible to provide personalize solution to customer needs & excellent after sales support to all customers.
  • Counting on you to increase business opportunities through various channels!
  • You will also work closely with sub distributor/resellers in terms of setting sales targets, product training/briefing and also motivate them to reach sales targets.
  • You will work with our marketing team to ensure all sales promotions are successfully rolled out.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth and hit sales targets in the independent customer segment.
  • Identify and acquire new independent clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions or products.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive client retention and upselling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities or risks.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular performance reporting.
  • Ensure timely collections and support in resolving customer complaints or service issues.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or local events to represent the company and build brand awareness in the independent sector.

What we need from you:

  • Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess valid driving license as this position requires you to be travelling within Klang Valley and West Malaysia.
  • Fluent in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
