We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Printer IT Support Technician to join our IT Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers and related devices to ensure smooth daily operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with printer hardware, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
• Provide first-level technical support for printer-related issues such as paper jams, connectivity problems, and driver errors.
• Troubleshoot network printing issues and coordinate escalations when required.
• Monitor printer performance, toner levels, and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of toner cartridges, spare parts, and printer supplies.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Assist employees with printer setup and provide basic user training.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure secure integration with network systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting printer hardware and drivers (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.).
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux printing environments.
• Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, print servers, and Wi-Fi printing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
