Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all locations.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory control procedures are followed according to company SOPs.

Stock Distribution & Replenishment

• Coordinate the distribution of new arrivals to boutiques based on allocation planning.
• Monitor sales trends and stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory at all boutiques.
• Process and manage stock transfers between boutiques and warehouse.
• Ensure complete size range and SKU availability across outlets.

Order Fulfilment

• Manage picking, packing, and preparation of orders for dispatch.
• Ensure all orders are accurately prepared according to company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and shipment.

Customer Return Management

• Handle customer return processes accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect returned items and update inventory records accordingly.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding refunds, exchanges, or investigations.

System & Reporting

• Update inventory information accurately in the system.
• Prepare reports related to stock movement, fast-moving, and slow-moving items.
• Support stock performance analysis together with the merchandising team.

Ad-Hoc Support

• Assist in new boutique setup, clearance sales, and company events.
• Support other departments on inventory and warehouse-related matters.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related field.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or retail operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
