The Business Development Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships within their assigned area/territory/portfolio in order to achieve the profitable growth of existing and potential large customers. He/she will be accountable for achieving the following results: New customer acquisition against target, New business acquisition against target, Ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Responsible

1. Market Development

• Identify and pursue new International business opportunities across targeted markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends and customer requirements

2. Solution Development

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Promote FMX’s full suite of services, including Courier (International & Domestic),International Air Freight, Warehousing & Fulfilment, and Trucking.

The addition of these roles is critical to accelerating revenue growth, improving market penetration, and ensuring effective conversion of opportunities generated through our lead generation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Diploma/Degree holder in sales, logistics, supply chain, or any field.
• Prefer two (2) years’ sales/account management experience in Courier/Logistics/Supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal and/or team)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
