Job Brief

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily store operations and support logistics coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, organized storage systems, and smooth coordination between warehouse and logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and stock recording.
• Ensure inventory is well-organized for efficient retrieval and accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Coordinate with Logistics on deliveries, transfers, and schedules.
• Prepare basic inventory and logistics reports.
• Support process improvements and daily warehouse coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
