Duties & Responsibilities:

· Guide patients through appointments, treatments, and hospital processes.

· Answer queries, provide information, and offer translation if needed.

· Handle feedback, resolve issues, and escalate when required.

· Coordinate with departments for smooth patient experience.

· Support events/CSR activities and maintain reports/KPIs.

· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
