Job description
- Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for warehouse cargo movements while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports, including correspondence, plans, and expense tracking.
- Work closely with operations personnel to ensure cargo is ready for scheduled deliveries.
- Update systems such as SAP and WMS accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track shipment details in coordination with forwarding agents.
- Prepare and manage cycle count reports.
- Communicate with customers via email while ensuring all interactions meet required quality standards.
- Update shipment and domestic delivery statuses promptly.
- Carry out other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
