Job Description

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Accurately record and document inspection results.
• Identify and report non-conforming or defective products to the QC Lead or QA team.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and verify production samples against specifications.
• Maintain traceability records and shipping certifications.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, productivity improvement, and waste reduction activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the QA Manager or QC Lead.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
• Able to use measuring tools and inspection equipment effectively.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good visual inspection ability.
• Able to follow safety procedures strictly.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, stoop, and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with working schedule requirements.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
