Key Requirements

• KYC Specialist with minimum 3+ years of experience, including familiarity with Source of Wealth (SoW) benchmarking, documentation, and risk assessment write-ups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently conduct SoW reviews and manage cases in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform holistic KYC profile reviews, ensuring information is coherent and identifying any discrepancies or potential red flags.
• Previous experience working on AML/KYC projects within the banking or financial services industry.
• Sound knowledge of AML/CFT regulations under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).

Additional Requirements

• Resources are required to be onsite at client premises on a full-time basis.
• Candidates must be able to complete system onboarding and access requirements prior to project start.
• Engagement Manager should be proficient in status tracking and Management Information (MI) reporting to support project monitoring and data analysis.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Source of Wealth (SoW) review experience
• Banking industry experience
• Retail customer KYC / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
