Role Summary
You will be responsible to manage and improve quality control processes in semiconductor manufacturing to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on managing engineering changes, quality event handling and performing routine quality monitoring.

Role Summary
You will be responsible to manage and improve quality control processes in semiconductor manufacturing to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on managing engineering changes, quality event handling and performing routine quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Gating change management, ensure risk assessment, documentation accuracy, cross‑functional alignment, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Lead response to critical quality incidents, perform root cause analysis, drive containment and corrective actions.
- Monitor, analyse and report routine quality metrics; escalate abnormalities and support continuous improvement.
- Manage quality control and implement QA protocols across semiconductor production to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with fab and engineering teams to ensure that quality standards and process requirements are consistently met.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality control management.
- Proficient in quality standards, knowledgeable on semiconductor processes, strong analytical, communication and quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems efficiently.
- Enthusiastic and able to motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
