Prepare and distribute the Weekly Maintenance Performance Report.
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the manager for specific analysis.
MOM Certification upkeeping.
Process orders for spare parts as requested by the maintenance team, obtaining quotes and following company procurement procedures.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Receive incoming parts, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure they are correctly logged into the inventory system.
Coordinate with the storeskeeper or directly manage the issuance of parts to technicians, updating stock levels in the system.
Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.
Manage departmental filing systems (both digital and physical) for work orders, equipment manuals, and parts warranties.
Other jobs/duties as assigned by the engineer/manager.
Job requirements
Min. 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma.
Minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably within maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar technical environment.
PC proficiency. Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills.
