Are you a sharp, ideas-driven project manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution? Our client, one of the main players in FMCG Brand Activation in Malaysia is looking for someone to lead brand activation projects end-to-end — from pitch to live event.

What you'll own

• Lead activation planning from concept to execution — including proposal writing, deck preparation, and creative brainstorms.
• Be the go-to contact for clients, managing expectations and presenting confidently at senior levels.
• Oversee live brand activations, track KPIs, and use shopper behaviour insights to drive footfall and brand impact.
• Translate brand strategies into go-to-market plans, leveraging consumer insights and emerging tools (Canva, AI) to stay ahead.
• Work closely with operations, trade marketing, sales, and external vendor networks to ensure seamless delivery.

What we're looking for

• min 2 years of consumer marketing / brand activation / project management experience, ideally in client servicing
• Proven ability to write and edit proposal content in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Own transport required
• Strong written and verbal communication — you can pitch, write, and present with impact
• Sharp analytical skills — you use data to make decisions, not just report numbers
• Excellent time management — juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball
