 Assistant, Order Fulfillment & Inventory (Immediate Hiring!)

Full-Time | [Location] | Fast-paced Environment

We’re hiring someone who’s organized, hands-on, and loves getting things done fast & right.
If you enjoy operations, logistics, and making sure things run smoothly—this role is for you.

 What You’ll Do

Process & pack customer orders accurately
Coordinate with sales & delivery teams
Prepare invoices, shipping labels & documents
Track orders & solve issues quickly

 Customer Support

Handle customer enquiries (WhatsApp / Email / Calls)
Provide aftersales support
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

 Inventory Management

Track stock movement & update records
Perform stock counts
Monitor low stock & coordinate restocking
Keep inventory area clean & organised
