Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative specializing in webMethods and StreamSets, you will focus on achieving and exceeding industry standard productivity and service levels. You will develop qualified opportunities that lead to high yield and provide business development for webMethods API Management, webMethods Integration, and StreamSets.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop Qualified Opportunities: Leverage marketing demand, insights, and intent data to identify potential clients and develop qualified opportunities that lead to high yield. This involves analyzing data to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Provide Business Development: Focus on business development for webMethods API Management, webMethods Integration, and StreamSets, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Build Client Engagement: Use client engagement practices to build strong relationships across all IBM client segments, with a primary focus on Select. This involves understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Exceed Productivity Standards: Achieve and exceed industry standard productivity and service levels, ensuring high-quality results and meeting targets.
  • Leverage Marketing Insights: Utilize marketing demand, insights, and intent data to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Exposure to Sales Development: Familiarity with sales development processes, including analyzing data to identify potential clients and developing qualified opportunities.
  • Experience working with Technology Solutions: Knowledge of webMethods API Management, webMethods Integration, and StreamSets, including their applications and benefits.
  • Understanding of Client Engagement: Exposure to client engagement practices, including understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze marketing demand, insights, and intent data to inform business development strategies.
  • Industry Awareness: Familiarity with industry standard productivity and service levels, including the ability to achieve and exceed targets.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Technology Solution Knowledge: Exposure to webMethods API Management, webMethods Integration, and StreamSets, including their applications and benefits, is beneficial for this role.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Familiarity with analyzing marketing demand, insights, and intent data to inform business development strategies is advantageous.
  • Industry Awareness: Understanding of industry standard productivity and service levels, including the ability to achieve and exceed targets, is desirable.
