Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Infrastructure Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks will include managing system administration duties, monitoring network security, and ensuring the reliability and performance of networking systems. The role also involves assisting with diagnosing and resolving technical issues to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Experience in Infrastructure and System Administration, including server and hardware management
• Knowledge of Network Security, including implementing measures to protect systems and data
• Understanding of Networking concepts, including routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
