Key Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day support for import/export customs clearance activities
• Monitoring and follow‑up on urgent and time‑critical shipments
• HS code, permit, and documentation coordination with brokers and internal teams
• Regulatory documentation tracking and audit support

Required Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience in import/export or customs clearance
• Familiar with Malaysian customs processes (LMW / FTZ experience preferred)
• Able to work with brokers, forwarders, and cross‑functional internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
