Job Responsibility

• Handling the entire hiring procedure
• Conducting onboarding process, contract renewals, and transferring departments
• Maintaining the accuracy and currency of HR data
• Implementing company policies and procedures
• Identifying training and development needs and planning for training programs
• Handling Payroll, attendance record, KWSP/SOCSO
• Employee relations (satisfaction survey, exit interview, handling grievance)
• Conduct disciplinary action process
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of HR operations (recruitment, payroll, employee relations)
• Familiar with labor laws and statutory requirements (KWSP, SOCSO, etc.)
• Knowledge of compliance, ethics, and fraud-related regulations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
