Job Summary

Provide essential support to the research team by managing data collection, analysis, and laboratory tasks to advance wellness research projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from market research and surveys into structured documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support research activities
• Execute consumer tests and manage related logistics to ensure accurate data capture
• Analyze research data and present findings clearly to inform decision-making
• Maintain and update research databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Assist in preparing consumer research materials, conducting interviews, and cleaning and compiling data for analysis
• Conduct landscaping research including reviewing monographs, literature, in-market products, and category trends to support research insights
• Perform laboratory experiments including technical testing, product evaluation, demo development, and rapid prototyping to support product innovation
• Manage data related to products, technical measurements, and consumer feedback to maintain comprehensive research records
• Maintain inventory and coordinate product shipment and delivery to support research operations
• Support claim substantiation by conducting literature searches and assisting in drafting related documents

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Science, Chemistry, or related fields
